Love the game a lot guys, suggestion?

Could we have a way to exchange runes for ap points, or maybe even team battle points. (Us), higher level players, who are roughly lvl 400+ have thousands of runes and nowhere to use them.
if you can get to my message and think about it, I would be very content and I appreciate it.
