I dont even want to give one star

This is complete bs! Why is it then whenever I f****** combine my infinite so dont get a mystic? Ive combined at leave 50 times and havent got one? I wanna know why its not letting me get anything higher, I tried one today and it had a special 71 percent chance and it failed.. Ive spent a sht ton of money on this game and u guys screw me over. I would want a response to get this figured out.
